Every couple years, North Philly's 'King of the Badlands' blesses the streets with a body of work full of great lyrical power & knowledge. Two years after releasing his K.I.N.G. Mixtape (with the acronym standing for 'Knowledge is Nearest to Godliness'), Rockie Rey, with the help of Smoked Out Sounds founder DJ Tony 2 Teks, returns with the first installment of his '19133' series. '19133' celebrates the very exact zip code of his home base in the Badlands in North Philadelphia.

The project is filled with exclusive productions from frequent collaborators, Jersey's J Dova and 4th Assassin; along with new beats from Blair Norf out of Las Vegas. For this mixtape, the special guest appearances are kept to a minimum, but includes another frequent collaborator in the multi-talented Marx on 'Yo Love' and 'I'm Good'. The Chief also adds in Latin Rap artist Negro El Mou on the hater-brushing hit "Why You Mad?"

Rockie illustrates every single one of these exclusive songs with his comfortable, casual and effortless versatility. He's having fun with this project ... Expect a sequel soon.
