#TBT: OUTERSPACE "TRIBUTE TO GANG STARR"

Philadelphia's Own OuterSpace (Planetary and Crypt the Warchild) presents A Tribute to Gang Starr. Released in 2009, they took down legendary and incomparable beats of DJ Premier, mixed down by DJ SAT- ONE. Also, in 2009, it was announced that Gang Starr's emcee, GURU, was diagnosed with myeloma (He later would pass in 2011.)

OuterSpace used their Philly dialect and made the tracks their very own, still staying true to the vibes to pay homage to two of hip-hop's pioneers. Frequent collaborators from the Army of the Pharaohs are featured, including King Syze, V Zilla, Faez One, Demoz, Doap Nixon, South Philly's Vinnie Paz and others.
