Urban Celebrity Magazine presents the 8th annual Philly Hip Hop Awards on Saturday December 15th at the legendary Trocadero (1003 Arch Street). Every year, the event gathers most of Philadelphia's Independent artists and rising stars, along with honoring all of the movers and shakers of the year. And of course, awarding the top voted and well-deserved.
