It's that time of the year again! Urban Celebrity Magazine presents the 2017 Philly Hip Hop Awards, which is being held at the Trocadero on December 16th, 2017. There's a huge load of categories and an even larger myriad of nominees being recognized this year. We've come across many nominees this year of Hispanic descent that we are giving props and congratulations towards.
